Student Birthday Celebrations

We love to celebrate students throughout the year here at Horseshoe Trail's Elementary School!!  We have several ways to celebrate your child's birthday besides celebrating in the classroom.  Here are some ways you can help make your child's birthday extra special at school:

Stalliongrams

• Purchase a small stuffed horse, with decorated horseshoe that is delivered to your child's classroom by Buddy the Horse!  

Marquee Message

• Send your child a special birthday greeting that will be displayed on the marquee in front of the school during your child's birthday week! (Marquee Messages can also be purchased on our Birthday Celebration Form) 

Birthday Book Club (More info on the Birthday Book Club tab)

•  Your child will also be invited to join the Horseshoe Trails’ Birthday Book Club in our library!  Our amazing library’s collection has been built solely on the book choices made at our Birthday Book Clubs. Students love seeing their names, and those of their friends and older siblings, in the library books they have donated over the years. 

***To donate a book in your child's name or a celebratory snack, a form will be sent home from the school with your child close to the date of the Birthday Book Club Party, fill out the form and submit it back to your child's teacher***
