Birthday Book Club

Birthday Book Club parties are Horseshoe Trail's special way to celebrate every student’s birthday!

Every student will receive a birthday treat with a special birthday bookmark!

Your child will also be invited to join the Horseshoe Trails’ Birthday Book Club! Our amazing library’s collection has been built solely on the book choices by our Birthday Book Clubs. When you purchase a book for the library during a Birthday Book Club celebration, your child's name will be placed on the inside cover of the purchased book. Students love seeing their names, and those of their friends and older siblings, in the library books they have donated over the years.

Birthday Book Club will take place during the following dates:

Aug/Sept Birthdays- Sept 18

Oct/Nov Birthdays - Nov 13

Dec/Jan Birthdays - Jan 22

Feb/March Birthdays - Feb 19

Apr/May Birthdays – April 9

Jun/Jul Birthdays – April 23

Packets will be sent home in your child’s folder with more information before their party date.

We ask that all students fill out and return their form to their classroom teacher the week before their celebration week so we are aware of any allergies and/or donations.

We are especially thankful for any donations of store-bought, non-perishable & individually wrapped treats.

PLEASE NOTE: New state nutrition guidelines - No artificial dyes or chemical additives. This includes Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Blue 1, Blue 2, Green 3, Red 3, Red 40, Potassium bromate, propylparaben, titanium dioxide, and brominated vegetable oil (BVO).
* Suggested brands (many other options are available too): That's It, Skinny Pop Popcorn, Pirate Booty, Made Good, Yum Earth Candy, Whole Grain Goldfish Crackers, and Rod Gold Pretzels. Please reach out with questions!
